Vanya Siri Trust (“we”, “us”) operates this website to share our work and offer authentic Vedic products. We collect only the information needed to serve you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Order details. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. These are included in your WhatsApp order message so we can ship your order and contact you about it.

Payments. Orders are placed over WhatsApp and paid by UPI or bank transfer directly to the trust. Your banking details never touch our servers; WhatsApp messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Newsletter and forms. If you subscribe or contact us, we keep your email address and message so we can respond and send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.

On your device. Your shopping cart and display preferences (such as the light/dark theme) are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, send updates you asked for, and improve the website. We share information only with the services needed to do this — such as our delivery partners — and never for advertising.
