Products & pricing

Our products are natural, hand-prepared items; small variations in colour, texture and aroma are part of their nature. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may update prices at any time; the price at the moment you order is the one you pay.

Orders, shipping & delivery

Dispatch times vary by product and are shown on each product page — some sacred items (such as palm-leaf manuscripts) are crafted to order and take longer. We will contact you using the details you provide if anything about your order needs attention.

Returns & refunds

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Given the consumable and sacred nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
